The General Party branch of Huada Zhibao was setup in January, 2018. Now it has 4 branches. Under the correct guidance of Huada Semiconductor Party committee, the General Party branch has been acting as the political core and the fighting bastion since the setup. Guided by Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, all members are leaded by the General Party branch to act as pioneers to learn the mind of the 19th National Congress of the CPC, publicize and implement the major strategic decisions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, and fulfill the arrangements from party organizations at higher levels.

The General Party branch sticks to the principal of Two-way Access to Cross Appointments, in order to merge party construction with company business. It takes part in solving company’s major problems based on the operation of the Company.

The General Party branch launches series activities of education, management, supervision and services on the Party affairs management. Strictly organize life, preserve and perform the Party’s discipline, supervise the Party members to fulfill their obligations, and ensure their rights without violation; discover, train, and recommend talented person, educate, train, and investigate activist of Party application; do a good job in recommending qualified personnel and recruiting Party members; Lead labor union, the Communist Youth League and other clubs and organizations, organize employees and the masses to attend democratic decision-making, management and supervision following the laws to ensure their legal interests.
